QBTEC GmbH is the distributor for Comfortel Salon Furniture & Equipment within Germany, Austria & Switzerland (Referred to as DACH Region). This website (dach.comfortel.eu) is operated by QBTEC GmbH on behalf of Comfortel Furniture Pty Ltd.

By entering, accessing or using our website in any way, you agree to comply with the following Website Terms of Use, our Customer Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy (collectively our “Website Conditions”), and any other laws or regulations which apply to this website.

By engaging with our services, making purchases from us, or accessing our website – you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Trade Account / Online Registration

When you register for an account on our website, the following terms and conditions apply:

1. Trade Account Eligibility: A Trade Account is exclusive for customers located in the DACH region – Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
2. Registration Information: You are obliged to provide accurate and truthful registration information.
3. Confidentiality: The username and password assigned to you must be kept confidential. We are authorised to assume that any access with your username and password is by you.
4. Marketing and Promotions: Upon account approval, you will be included in our internal database for future email marketing and special promotions. You reserve the right to unsubscribe at any time. For details regarding data use, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Account Termination: QBTEC GmbH and Comfortel reserve the right to close accounts and deny access at their discretion.
6. Public Access: If you sign into our website or any single-sign-on service (e.g., Facebook Connect) from a public computer (e.g., in a university, public library etc.) and fail to sign out, any subsequent user may gain access to your account. We highly recommend that you log out of all services after using a public computer.
7. Mobile Access: If you access the website using a mobile device (e.g., phone or tablet) via a web browser or an app, depending on your settings, you might remain signed in from that device. This means that anyone with access to your device could potentially access your account. We advise you to secure your device with a password. If your device is lost or stolen, utilize remote wipe facilities (if available) to erase all personal information on your device and change the password for your QBTEC GmbH and Comfortel account.

1.     Prices

All prices referenced on this website, denoted in Euro (€) for Germany and Austria and Swiss Francs (CHF) for Switzerland, reflect the current rates specific to the country indicated during your account sign-up application within the DACH region. Please note, however, that these prices do not include tax or shipping costs. Tax, calculated based on your shipping location, will be added to your Cart. Shipping costs are additional and will be provided once your order has been placed, primarily fulfilled from our Switzerland warehouse unless specified otherwise. Before proceeding with in-store purchases, we recommend confirming these prices with your nearest QBTEC GmbH Showroom

2.     Colours:

Reproduction of colours is as accurate as possible, but please note actual colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor.

3.     Assistance and Technical Information, Comfortel Product Help Portal (help.comfortel.com.au)

QBTEC GmbH and Comfortel endeavour to provide accurate and reliable advice, recommendations, information, technical specifications, drawings, descriptions, illustrations, dimensions, assistance, or services in relation to any of our products. This information is offered in good faith, based on our current understanding and expertise. However, please be aware that any such information pertaining to our products is approximate and may not precisely correspond to the actual product specifications. This provision also applies to the information provided via our joint product help portal, help.comfortel.com.au.

 

Terms of Sale

By placing an order for any goods on our website, you are offering to purchase the goods on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Please note, the online order does not include shipping costs. These will be quoted separately once the order has been placed. A representative from QBTEC GmbH will be in contact to finalize the order, including delivery arrangements. Payment will be processed once all details are confirmed and approved.

When placing an order, you assert that all details you provide to us are true and accurate. Please note, the order placement on our website does not include payment processing. Payment will be finalized with QBTEC GmbH once shipping costs have been added to your order. By proceeding with the order, you acknowledge that you will have sufficient funds to cover the total cost of the goods, including shipping, once it’s determined.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and are subject to potential delays from postal service issues or unforeseen circumstances. While we endeavour to provide information of delivery times, they are not guaranteed, for which we cannot be responsible for any delays. 

1. Our Contract

Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email that confirms we have received your order. Please note that this email merely acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance. The formation of a contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not occur until we have determined the shipping costs and your payment has been approved.

2. Pricing, Availability & Assembly

While we strive to ensure accuracy in pricing and product information, mistakes may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Despite our best efforts, there may be instances where details, descriptions, and prices on our website are incorrect. In the event of an error in the price of goods you’ve ordered, we will notify you promptly and provide the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we cannot reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Please note that in the event an item is added to the cart at an incorrect price and the order is placed, this constitutes an error, and the order will not be honoured.

QBTEC GmbH and Comfortel reserves the right to modify any information on the website at any time. We recommend contacting your local QBTEC GmbH sales representative before visiting, to confirm whether the desired items are on display or available. Some items may require self-assembly. Specifications of products may need to be changed, and we reserve the right to make these changes at any time and without notice.

All references to the Euro (€) and Swiss Franc (CHF) symbols on this website denote respective currencies applicable in the DACH region – Germany and Austria use the Euro (€), while Switzerland uses Swiss Francs (CHF). Prices are representative of the current rate in the region corresponding to the country nominated during your account sign-up. Prices apply within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland only. Prior to any in-store purchases, kindly check pricing with your nearest QBTEC GmbH Showroom.

Please note that all orders will be delivered from our warehouse in Switzerland, unless otherwise advised. Delivery costs are additional to the product prices and are not included in the ‘Total Cost’. All displayed prices are exclusive of tax. The appropriate tax, based on your shipping location, will be calculated and added at the Cart.

3. Consequential Loss or Damages

While we use our best endeavours to maintain the highest quality of product, delivery and service, QBTEC GmbH and Comfortel Furniture is not responsible or liable for any for any consequential loss or damages that may arise.

4. Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

5. Discount Codes & Promotions

It may be necessary to make changes to promotions and discount code specifications. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time and without notice.

5.1  Promotional discount codes. We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this website.

5.2 Any further conditions of use relating to any discount code or promotion will be specified at the time of issue.

6. Product Warranty Policy

QBTEC GmbH and Comfortel shall not be held responsible for incorrect information including but not limited to typographical, clerical, pictorial, or pricing errors and reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders extending from such errors. QBTEC GmbH and Comfortel reserves the right to make minor product design variations that do not affect the functionality of the product before said variations are apparent in typographical or pictorial product descriptions.

If an error is recognized in any marketing or sales materials, Customers are encouraged to contact QBTEC GmbH and Comfortel. directly if they feel something may be listed in error.
